Level Design
Although the joke among the level designers that I work with is that we're the people who love video games but lack the talent to be artists and the intelligence to be programmers, the truth is I can't imagine why everyone doesn't want to be a level designer. The ability to create the world and environment that surrounds the player, whether it's a ruined city in the middle of a mist-covered jungle or a dark, industrial colony at the bottom of an ocean-covered planet? It's so much power that it's kind of heady.

Technomancy: The Shadow War
MAP:ONS - PARISENGINE:UnrealInspired by the winding streets and central river divide of Paris, I wanted to convey the flavor of a real European city by creating a twisting labyrinth of streets that appear to have been constructed haphazardly over hundreds of year.
